New York has been a hot spot for the Kardashian family since they moved here from Southern California in 2015, but now they have relocated to the Big Apple.
ABC News has learned that the family moved to New York in 2017, but only recently decided to move back to L.A. Now, the family is moving to the heart of Hollywood, a place they call home.
The Kardashian family is in talks to purchase the Beverly Hills home, which they purchased for $1.4 million last year, according to a source familiar with the deal.
The source, who is not authorized to speak publicly about the matter, said the family has already agreed to pay the property taxes and the $500,000 annual maintenance fee for the house.
ABC will not comment on the specifics of the deal until the family receives final approval from city officials.
ABC has learned the family’s lease agreement covers five years.
The deal has been in the works for a while.
The family bought the house for $900,000 in 2005, but they soon discovered that it was not a home for the “Ducks.”
In 2016, they took out a $1 million down payment and agreed to keep the property, according the source.
The first phase of the purchase was completed in 2017 and included $900 million in renovations.
It also included the purchase of the house’s historic exterior, the home’s basement, and its front yard.
ABC and the Kardashian’s lawyers had not responded to requests for comment as of publication.
The real estate industry has long held that there are no restrictions on what people can buy in Los Angeles.
The Kardashians bought the Beverly Hathaway home in 2020 for $5.7 million, which was the highest price ever paid for a home in the city.
They sold the house in 2018 for $4.8 million.
But in 2019, they bought the L. A. mansion for $7.3 million, and it went on to sell for $10.7 billion.
A source close to the Kardashia’s business confirmed that the home is now on the market, with a price tag of $11.1 million.
ABC did not immediately respond to requests to confirm the family will sell the home.
But it appears that the Kardashies have finally found a buyer for the Beverly home.
According to the source, the buyer is in discussions with the family and other major real estate companies about buying the property.
The new buyer would be looking to take the house off the market and lease it back to the Kardashian clan, the source said.
“We’re just waiting to see if they want to come in and renovate the house,” the source told ABC News.
